The lack of exercise before has now been replaced with wonderful exercises accompanied with brilliant music and routines. I love the way the class in taught in two sections, where we can work with the routines and where we then work on general fitness. Every Thursday at 7.30pm at Norbury Manor Primary School, Abingdon Road, Norbury, SW16 5QR. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE PRIMARY SCHOOL, NOT NORBURY MANOR GIRLS' SCHOOL (Bus route 255-2 minutes' walk, 50 & 109, and Norbury train station-5 minutes' walk)
Payment by 'Fire Island Fitness Class Pass' - 6 passes for £30 or by the session - £6 per session.
Bring your own mat and hand weights (or two tins of baked beans), and water bottle. Other equipment supplied. Pre-booking essential.
