It's such a joy to exercise on the seashore. I use the beach and the elements to make the exercises more effective, and the experience something special. (No sessions in the rain)

2 types of sessions to choose from ...
1. My unique blend of Pilates, Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Targetted Toning
2. Pilates & Stretch, Targetted Toning, & Cardio Circuits, Beach Games, and Power Walking

Suitable for most people ... from beginners to those who want to add something different to their exercise routine
Flexible times, pay as you come
Maximum 8 people per session, so you can get the individual guidance you need

2. Receive session alerts - day / time / location / type of session
3. Book in, and turn up!

From whatever point you start, you'll cleanse your system and feel the flow of energy!
You'll become stronger, more toned and flexible, and increase your metabolism
